Sara Stangel has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and has worked at Motorola Solutions Inc (MSI) since 1997. Currently as Director of IT Portfolio Management Office, she manages a team responsible for the delivery of new IT systems and applications across MSI. An advocate for women leaders, Sara leads the Midwest Chapter of the MSI Women’s Business Council and is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers. She has created a well-balanced life as a wife, mother, friend, engineer, advocate, and rock star (having previously been a lead singer in a band).
