Katie is a Senior Director at Motorola Solutions with over 38 years of industry experience. Her current role is leading Mergers & Acquisitions for Supply Chain. Prior to this role, Katie held diverse leadership positions in Supply Chain Operations including strategic planning, procurement, change management, global operations management, governance, and talent development. Katie has a passion for developing women leaders and is the president of Motorola Solutions Women’s Business Council which hosts 14 global chapters. Outside of work, Katie sits as the Vice President of a non for profit organization, Housing Opportunities & Maintenance for the Elderly (H.O.M.E.). H.O.M.E’s is a one-of-a-kind organization that fosters joy, independence, and connection for low-income seniors in Chicago. Katie lives in Wheaton, Illinois with her husband and golden retriever puppy, Riley, and has three adult children. She is a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign alumni. She loves to travel, explore new places and meet new people and is committed to living a healthy life.
