Bhumika Chhabra is a semiconductor innovator with more than a decade of experience accelerating delivery on Micron’s DRAM product technologies. Holding 48 patents with an additional 19 filed, Bhumika has a PhD in material science & engineering, an MBA in marketing and a BE in industrial electronics. Along with leading a team to advance Micron’s innovation, Bhumika leads the Micron Women Innovate Group, a unique mentorship program helping technical women file patents, having nurtured more than 25 women over the last four years. She also commits her time to helping women thrive overall by serving on the committee of the Micron Women’s Leadership Network employee resource group. Outside of the industry, Bhumika volunteers at with several non-profit organizations serving women through difficult life experiences, including the Women and Children Alliance, the Boise Rescue Mission Women & Children Center and Fosterful in Boise, Idaho. She values being her authentic self and empowering those in need.
